Larry W. Rippey C.P.A. and Firm Owner

Larry has been in public accounting since 1983 and received his B.A. in accounting from St. Ambrose Univeristy.  He is a past president and current memeber of the Iowa Society of CPA's Southeast Chapter as well as a current member of the American Institute of CPA's.  When not at the office Larry and his wife Cindy reside in Fairfield and enjoy spending time outdoors with their four children and six grandchildren . 

Robert Van Nostrand C.P.A.

Bob has been a CPA since 1982 and received his B.A. in accounting from Iowa Wesleyan College . He is a current member of the Iowa Society of CPA's.  Bob is the manager and lead singer of the blues band Van & the Movers and an active member of the Fairfield Lion's Club.  He and his wife Linda live in Fairfield and have two children and four grandchildren.

Missi Holmes, Staff Accountant-Accounting Manager

Missi joined Graf & Company in 2011.  She received her  B.A. in accounting from Iowa Wesleyan College.  Missi and her two children stay active in Mt. Pleasant where they are involved in many sporting and family events. 

Barb joined the firm in 1996.  She provides clients with bookkeeping and payroll services as well as QuickBooks© consulting.  Barb attened Indian Hills Community College after her six children we grown.  Barb and her husband, Parker, are active in selling goods at the Farmers Market in Fairfield, and enjoytheir six grandchildren in Iowa and Florida.

Maria Hamm, Administrative Assistant

Maria joined the firm in 2008.  She is the smiling face you see when you enter the doors.  She also provides bookkeeping services to clients.  She received her diploma from the Administrative Assistant Program at Indian Hills Community College.  Maria and her husband, Glenn, enjoy traveling, car shows, and staying active their two children and two grandchildren.

Darcy Wibstad, Client Services Manager

Darcy joined the firm in 2004.  She works for the team as co-manager for client services.  She and her husband, Zach, spend their time at their new home in Trenton with their 3 daughters.

Jennifer Coleman, Business Manager

Jennifer joined the firm in 2009.  She works for the team as co-manager for client services.  Jennifer attended Indian Hills Community College and received her diploma from the Administrative Assistant Program.  She and her husband, Shawn, enjoy coaching their 3 children's ball teams.  They are also active in their home community of Packwood.

Louise Long, Preparation Manager

Louise has been with the firm more than 30 years.  She assists the C.P.A.s by assembling the paper returns and client documents.  Louise and her husband Ron live in Fairfield and enjoy traveling to see their children and grandchildren. 

Connie Rathbun,  Preparation Assistant

Connie enjoys helping out the office when needed during tax season with preparation of tax appointments and aided in transitioning the firm from maintaining the files on hard copy to electronic copy.  She is a two time cancer survivor and has been her husband John's right hand woman for more than 35 years(very lucky man!)  She can be found  taking care of their lakeside property during the summer months.
